Happy 2013! The dead of winter is always the slowest time for real estate in these parts, but inventory is particularly tight this year. We have been getting inquiries from some buyers who are frustrated that most of our listings under our Homes for Sale page are already sold (by the way, not all of the houses we sell are modern, so that page has all sorts of homes). So in the interest of those of you who might just be beginning your home search, here are some homes that are currently available in eastern Massachusetts. Please note, these are listings from other brokers and we would be acting as buyer agents in showing them. We generally keep our posts on this site focused our own listings and, occasionally, sales as buyer agents. We only maintain control over the photos and content of our own listings. The photos below are courtesy of the listing brokerages and the local branch of the Multiple Listing Service, MLS PIN. This is by no means a comprehensive list. We chose some samples that might hold some appeal to our readers and buyers. We have a few listings prepared to hit the market in what seems to be lining up to be an early and healthy spring market in this area.
