• Running and mountain biking through the Arlington Great Meadows conservation area.

• House is within easy walking distance to five parks/conservation areas (McClennen, Whipple Hill, Reservoir, Great Meadows, Mt. Gilboa.
• Madison Ave is a private road, which means overnight parking is allowed. The town plows the snow. Madison Ave continues on the other side of the woods at the end of the street.
• We are only the third owners since it was built in 1911. The original owners were avid gardeners and supplied herbs to Boston restaurants. They had an Italian kitchen in the basement to dry herbs and make sauce.
• The neighborhood is very quiet at night.
