- Prepare floor plans.
- Place photos of property in William Raveis windows in Lexington and any other applicable towns.

- Mail property postcards.
- Work with mortgage broker to prepare financing options flyer.
- Hold a broker preview to notify the top area agents about the property.

- We use ShowingTime, a centralized service that logs all appointments, allowing us to keep track of each, request feedback, and follow up on showings to obtain prospects’ reactions.
- We vet all offers, make sure they are fully pre-approved with a known dependable lender, or have proof of funds in the case of cash offers.

Most points of action above take place in the first week of the listing and we begin work immediately after the signing of the Exclusive Marketing Agreement, oftentimes months in advance.
